It finally happened at P. Diddy's birthday Ball at Cipriani's. No, P. Diddy didn't admit he was the worst lyricist ever yet but a boob belonging to Tara Reid slipped out in front of the press while she was standing there posing for photos. Let's hear what the hottie had to say about it: "I took off my jacket and my strap fell off. It was awful. The photographers were like lunatics — high-fiving each other in front of me.
